Ellie is an excellent property management agent! She is trustworthy and knowledgeable, and her personality is so friendly and patient. I feel lucky that I find such an agent to manage my property. The only area for improvement in my mind is that I hope there could be more support available to Ellie in this successful company.☺️ Ellie seems very busy every day (although she never said she was busy! ) with so many properties to manage (nearly five of my friends who are not familiar with each other recommend Ellie as property manager, so I know she must be very popular with many clients!) . No doubt, from my experience as a client of Ellie, she is extremely organised and she knows how to juggle between competing priorities, and hence I have received very good service from her. I just hope with so many clients , Ellie deserves more team members with her so that she could potentially allocate some work to her teammates. She sometimes responded to my message at 6 pm and I hope she won’t need to over work in the future.❤️☺️ In summary, if you have an investment property, please choose Ellie in Johny Warren Properties! You won’t regret it.☺️

We were new to Canberra, having moved from Melbourne. We had no experience about the Canberra property market, let alone suburbs suitable for us. We engaged Ben Power from Jonny Warren and never looked back. Once we explained our specific needs Ben only showed us suitable properties therefore not wasting our time. He was diligent each week with a new group of houses for us to view and was always at our side to provide expert opinions on each. If we were unable to view any particular house, he would provide us with videos of these properties. Where do I start?! We were hunting for a house for over a year and couldn’t get a deal done. Come in benny, our last resort. He found our dream home and got us a fantastic deal! We were nervous to go to the auction but with Ben bidding for us he handled everything expertly. Couldn’t recommend higher. If we ever move we’ll definitely be using him again
